August 4 Election: Amendment 1 to fund Missouri state parks and soil and water conservation

Columbia Audubon Society is informing membership of an important election on August 4, the renewal of the Parks, Soils and Water Sales Tax is up for renewal. When it was last on the ballot 10 years ago, it overwhelmingly passed by 80% of the vote. Long gone are the days of state parks employees holding
