Upcoming Work Days

Our plans for winter work days have been stymied by the weather so far, but we are still looking ahead to several important tasks:
1. Prepare fire lines for burn of West side of CANS. Date TBD. This work needs to be done before John Timmerman can conduct a prescribed burn. We need a day with firm footing and no snow. Contact Bill Mees (jandbmees at mchsi.com).

2. Burn brush piles at Wild Haven. February 21; 9 AM – noon. Contact David Neely (dustandwood at gmail.com).
3. Pull bush honeysuckle from west side of CANS. March 21; 9 AM – noon. We are planning a joint work day with Missouri Conservation Corps. Contact John Besser (jbesser1 at gmail.com).
