Field Trip to Eagle Bluffs Conservation Area, February 26 at 8 AM

By mid-February, Eagle Bluffs should attract good numbers of wintering waterfowl, sparrows, and raptors — and perhaps some early migrants.

We will meet 8 AM at the McBaine parking lot of the Katy Trail State Park. Those who are COVID-vaccinated can carpool from here if they choose. We will use radios to communicate between vehicles. Depending on the weather, we will either bird primarily from autos, or we will stop at a few areas to bird on foot. We’ll plan to be back to McBaine by noon.
