Columbia Audubon Nature Sanctuary

Birding at CANS—Columbia Audubon Nature Sanctuary

All fieldtrip attendees will need to wear a mask and socially distance as much as possible.

We’ll walk and enjoy this special nature area right in the middle of Columbia. In addition to our resident birds, we’ll be on the lookout for migrating warblers. John Besser and Lottie Bushmann will lead.  We’ll meet at the parking lot at 3607 Bray Ave. There are no restrooms available at this site. The walking is light to moderate–some paved trails and some natural trails. Registration is required and will be available on April 12:
